Balraj Khara is a professional boxer from Feltham, Middlesex, UK boxing in the UK's very busy Light Heavyweight division. He is trained by John Holland and managed by Steve Goodwin.

I don’t become worked up," he shares. Recently, he’s incorporated mental visualization into his training routine, a practice he’s already seeing the benefits from. He strongly recommends this to other fighters: "If you haven’t read about it, I would strongly recommend as a fighter to start doing it."
